We close one week every year at the end of the season, then reopen for Fall Ball and tryouts. We will be closed from July 16th through July 25th.  See you on the 26th!

Instructor Profiles
Dave Parker:: Former dominant player with the Pittsbugh Pirates, Cincinnati Reds, and Oakland A's, as well as St Louis Cardinal HITTING INSTRUCTOR, Dave is a 2 time BATTING CHAMPION, 2 time World Series MVP, 3 time Glove Glove Winner, and National League MVP.  Once in a lifetime experience to learn from one of the best that ever played!!!  Dave takes great care with all players and truly enjoys teaching players to help make them better players.  Not your typical ex player, as Dave LOVES teaching and offers great personal touch with his players.

Stephanie Piontek::  SOFTBALL !!!  Stephanie played High School Fast Pitch Softball locally at Mason High School and played for the summer traveling team, the Cincinnati Storm. During Stephanie’s high school career, she acquired the following awards: State ERA record (0.00 ERA), All-State 2nd Team, FAVC All-Conference, and All-District 1st Team.
Stephanie continued her athletic career in 2002 – 2005 at Hanover College, a Division III School located in Hanover, Indiana. She was named Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference (HCAC) Freshman of the Year.

Stephanie has been providing pitching lessons to local athletes since 2005 lesson.

Stephanie’s objective is to provide athletes with a safe, fun, and competitive environment in which each athlete is given the opportunity to develop and improve basic skills, mechanics, speed, and control. Each training session is used to instill discipline, self-knowledge, and self-confidence
.


Danny Davis ::
Dan has over 17 years of coaching experience and over 20 years as a corporate trainer.  Newly named a Head Coach of Mason Freshman Baseball and Pitching Coach, Dan brings a positive energy and enthusiasm to his students.  After a successful run with The Dan Davis Baseball School at Kids First Sports Center, Danny helped open MIB as a way to offer instruction with the ability to break down fundamentals so that his players can make adjustments on their own during game situations.  Chosen as one of the instructors for the famed Doyle Baseball Academy, Dan had to pass up offering coaching certification with Doyle due to his heavy demand as a private and group instructor.  The ability to know what happened and how to correct is what Danny strives to teach each of his players. If you want someone that will give your player a genuine personal touch, and offer excellent and detailed instruction contact Dan today.   

Andrew Ellis :: 
Andrew is from Anderson High School in 2007 where he played 3 years of Varsity baseball, including Team Captain in 2007.  After leaving high school, Andrew began coaching as an assistant JV coach at Turpin High school in 2008 and then on to the Head Freshman coach in 2009.  Andrew's specialty is pitching, hitting, and defense. Andrew is currently in his third year at NKU as a Physical Education major.  Andrew will go the extra mile with his players as he has a passion for baseball that is only equaled by his passion for instructing players or all ages.

Marty Crow ::  With over 13 years of coaching and private instruction experience, Marty brings a personal touch and enthusiasm to his students.  With an emphasis on pitching, Marty is very detailed in coaching the mechanics of pitching, not to mention hitting and fielding.   Marty is also an in demand instructor for running team tryouts and practice sessions at MIB and outside during Spring and Summer practices.  Coaching in the AABC ranks for over 10 years, Marty's teams were well known for their sportsmanship and fundamentals.

Devon Davis ::  CURRENT college scholarship player, Devon Davis is available over Winter break and Summer to teach pitching fundamentals and hitting.  Named as a "Top 10 Player" for the Midwest at the Blue Gray Showcase, Devon is a LHP, 1st basemen, and OF.  Devon has been giving private instruction on the side to young kids for over 3 years.

Ken Jarrett :: Another CURRENT college baseball scholarship player, Ken is one of the TEAM TRAINING SPECIALIST at MIB.  Ken is a smooth fielding middle infielder that loves to teach and instruct the fundamentals of middle infield to teams of all ages.  As a senior, Ken was an assistant instructor for the Mason HS JV team for Winter workouts and continues with team instruction at MIB.  Ken is a student of the game and a natural coach and instructor that is a great addition to any team or group practice.
